Form-A-Drain Plus is a permanent foundation footing system designed for basement applications. Installed as lineal sections, it replaces traditional wood forms and remains in place after the concrete pour. Drainage System
With Form-A-Drain Plus, the footing forms themselves create a complete foundation drainage system while eliminating the need for separate drainpipes. Each slotted, rigid lineal section collects water at the footing and channels it through the hollow core to the outlet, where it’s safely discharged away from the home or to the sump pit. Installed on both the interior and exterior sides of the footing, Form-A-Drain Plus provides superior drainage performance, greater water intake capacity, and a cleaner, more efficient installation than traditional perforated pipe systems.
